This evening I’m planning to go to up/rooted’s monthly meeting, in which Scot McKnight will discuss his latest book, The Real Mary. It sounds interesting and Park Ridge is not that far from me so I thought, why not?
Blogifying my site
I switched to a a webhosting service which supports blogs about a week ago. I’ve been resaving the articles from my static site as blog entries back-dated to when I first wrote/uploaded them. You can see a list of these if you click on All Posts in the horizontal menu.
Hamsters
West’s gerbil Midnight recently died of illness and old age. The day before Thanksgiving she got three Chinese Dwarf hamsters. Their names, in the order pictured, are Cloe, Snoe (pronounced “Snowy”) and Zoe, and yes, she can tell which is which!
