I’m really impressed with Wesley Autrey, the man who saw someone fall on the subway tracks and quickly acted to save his life. I’ve posted about him a couple of times on the Ordinary Attempts blog this week.
Mine need to include what Paul is doing… December unfortunately turned into one long excuse to get off my exercise routine; what with being sick with a virus, year-end busy-ness (Christmas shopping and violin practice) and then the holiday schedule.
